Logitech MX Master 3 and MX Keys

Just woke up to the news to this announcement. The new MX Master swaps Micro USB to a USB type-C. At last! They improved the wheels with magnets, but I don’t know if I ever had issues with mine. So I will have to look at some reviews to check out what it’s all about. Personally the MX Keys is the one gets my attention.

Apparently it’s the Craft Keyboard without the dial, and that’s actually what makes me excited about it. The dial on the Craft never found the right audience in me, as I felt it added little value to the type of work I do. However, the Craft Keyboard sans the dial? Hell, I want to try! Perhaps it is time to finally sell my Apple Magic Keyboard to make the room. There is no way I am substituting any of my mechanical keyboards, but the new MX Keys has features that I can appreciate – easy switch between devices, silent keys, backlight, monster battery and more.

I don’t see this duo available on Amazon US yet. I might just pull the trigger from their website…

But…! What’s not in this update is the MX Anywhere. I have been using it for the past many years at work but it finally began acting up with missed clicks. Of course, it’s out of warranty 🙁

Only 1 year warranty…

The MX Keys Anywhere is missing. Honestly, I’d want that numpad gone… I will stay hopeful.
